This weeks maths goal is Identify and use the features of a figure that do not change (invariant properties) as it is reflected, rotated, translated or enlarged. The create task for maths was to create some maori design in your maths book and use all of the invariant properties. here is my math task!!

Today I will be showing you my maths task for this week, the goal was To communicate and interpret locations and directions, using compass directions, distances, and grid references. For maths we had to learn about drections on google maps, our create task was to do all of the questions on google maps, and found out what how long it was take to walk or drive to the places on the map.

This week for maths our goal was Use a broad range of mental strategies to solve addition and subtraction problems. Our task was to do some maths questions and then do the create task it was to make a copy of the google drawing and to put questions and answer them with word question and Solving it too.

Math week 9

Kia Ora 

Today I will be showing you my maths for this week, our goal was to use multiplication and division strategies to solve simple equivalent ratio and rate problems. Our task was to get your buddie for the week then talk about what is the problems and how do you do them? Next you then had to start working on the problems together. I think that the problems were really  easy for me because they explain it really well, and I think that my buddie beth went really well, we work really hard together and always explain and help each other too.
