TOP TEAM!!!

On the last day of the week we had top team, there was 13 activitys. We started with number 3 activity it was the sack race we got 20 points, and each activity you got points and in the end we got 368 point in total.

The last activity was the water bus, you had to each get a small bucket and the person at the front had to get the water from the bucket of water. Next you had to tip it over your head and the next person would have to catch the water, in her or his bucket. Then you had to carry it on until you get to the other end and there will be another bucket. Who ever get's the most water wins!!

Have you ever done top team before?

Gave our land back!!

Over the past few weeks, we have been learning to write both formal and informal letters. Here I wrote about a political event in New Zealands past.

Dear Harold Wilson

We have been walking for days on end, protesting about the land that is rightfully ours. Our  leader is 79 years old. Are you really going to make her and us walk too? We have owned this land for centuries and we are not willing to give it up now. Would you really want to injure innocent people? We eat and sleep in mares which is our land and we want it back!!

Sincerely,

Grace Ngariki
